Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 279(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 279(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 279(FIN)?"
